Be aware of that which steals or misdirects your focus — not to guilt or shame yourself, nor the source, but simply to reclaim your creative energies; to discharge and depolarize any and all flow or substance that would better serve you elsewhere.
What you focus on appears in your reality again and again. This is how the machines profit and corporations proliferate. Incessant advertising, negative propaganda and fear porn will forever steal your focus, if you let them.
Re-examine your beliefs, as and when the opportunities arise. There’s no need for force and control and manipulation and violence and war.
See the repeating cycles in your life and catch your unconscious self in the unconscious act; choose differently, if what is appearing is not in alignment with what you truly prefer.
