or, in rerum natura

there is no empty space – not in physical reality. we create the perception of time, and room to move and experience individuality, but there is no real distance between “this” and “that”.

those born with, or who have chosen to develop abilities and sensitivities to energies see and feel it: people and objects are condensed, focused energy, each having and emitting unique spectra and frequency ranges. thoughts, feelings, emotions all reverberate within, and of course, without… thus every being crosses paths, interacts, and communicates with one another, regardless of physical distance or contact.

think about it. imagine it. can you see how those you choose to “spend your time” with the most would influence who you are? do you see how that which you focus on is what you will attract to yourself? does it shed light on the real power of awareness and conscious co-creation? how about school, work, and play?

we are all sovereign, individuated spirits, but we can and do allow others to influence and impact our stories, one lifetime to the next. it’s the very essence of this place we inhabit. what we tend to forget is that, ultimately, we are safe from harm, and really, never apart from the infinite. consciousness allows for a myriad of means to express our intent.

recognize your ability to really get into the palette of this scenery. understand that your breath is alive, shared with all of the Earth. your thoughts are creation, and your beliefs are proof. your feelings are elemental energy in motion, dancing in constant resonance with all that is around you – seen and unseen, heard and unheard, perceived and conceptualized.

sing the song of your heart, and know it sings to us all.

Love Universal, by Djembe and Canvas

Love Universal, by Djembe and Canvas

it’s fascinating how we explore the emotional range, all the way from the darkest shadows, to the purest, natural light.

what’s a little challenging is recognizing the ways it’s projected, reflected, and made manifest out in “the world”.

we’re not always quick to recognize it in everyone who comes across our path, nor do we necessarily see it in the little bird we’d made eye-contact with. we are more anxious than excited by solar flares…

we didn’t see it in the rolling waves of the water’s edge; didn’t feel it on the wind; didn’t notice it when the clock read 09:09, 10:10, or 11:11…

but, we’re starting to.

we’re recognizing it in the waves of peaceful, unified protests, crowding the public places, reverberating instantly throughout the world through our light-speed social and information networks.

we’re increasingly aware of and seeing through age-old façades and illusions employed by manipulative storytellers.

we’re ever more compassionate toward our fellow Earth inhabitants, the flora and fauna, and what lies in the soil beneath our feet, clear to the core of our fine, celestial home.

we’re learning the balancing act of yin/yang, masculine/feminine, black/white, right/wrong, and recognizing the power and ease in this, that, and the other.

we’re witnessing a generation of children, born with the tools and inherent abilities to make discoveries, challenge our assumptions, and lead in the heart-centered way.

this is the now adventure. this is the possibility of conscious co-creation, awakening the vast potentials we’ve allowed to lie dormant.

it all reflects back to us the clarion call to embrace, integrate, and elevate.

be love.

Truthiness

in the present, where we invariably experience life from, we carry with us a truth; our truth.

how we view, interact with, interpret, filter and define what’s perceived as reality, is what we believe is true – for us.

naturally, the people we encounter in life also have their truths. we, in turn, interpret and put our own meaning upon their truths – especially if we disagree (better, worse, right, wrong, nice hair, dude). this is usually where communication breaks down…

we can quickly fall into the trap of judgment, and labeling (and taking their beliefs personally), unless we exist and operate from a space of openness and understanding and knowing that – just like our truth – theirs is also simply another, interesting perspective; another unique, yet valid point of view.

you decide what is true and real for you, and you do so with every breath, every heartbeat.

if there is uneasiness, resistance, pain, stress and unhappiness, it’s probably wise to dive into your vast pool of truths to re-evaluate their validity; to determine which no longer serve who you are now.

in general, though, our most closely held truths don’t show up unless triggered by circumstance.

regardless, when the opportunity arises, examine the truth you are again presented with without judgment, without malice, without browbeating yourself. use questions, such as “do i really believe that to be true?” or,  “who does that belong to?”

admire and appreciate all the intricacies and eccentricities that inhabit the story of your journey.

it’s why you’re here.
