To Be Undivided

Every reaction is a mirror, every trigger a guide — subtle invitations to meet yourself anew.

.   .   .

All those untamed niggles, reactions, and triggers serve a purpose — they reveal more of you to yourself.

Too often, we try to guess what’s going on in someone else’s mind, conveniently forgetting that we rarely understand why things are erupting and passing through our own crowded, clouded cranial matrices.

This awareness is a key to presence. It creates the sacred space between — the pregnant pause that begs for notice and open awareness. Within it lies the essential a-ha! moment, offering a chance to step out of the same old patterns or negative spirals.

It unwraps the rare gift of self-awareness, illuminating a core value that feels threatened — even if only perceptually.

But instead of opening up and communicating our needs or understanding, we often turn the battle inward. Sensitive and introverted personalities are especially prone to this, retreating in the face of a world that can be vicious and violent.

We must remember to simplify. Most everyone desires the same things: acceptance, understanding, authenticity, support, personal space, creative expression, and love.

Love may be a given, but it’s too easily suppressed.

Look again. Listen closer. Be open to healing — and be easier on yourself.

This is your life, unfolding.
