Stuff will come up as we delve into our depths, liberating the flow of our authenticity. Our challenge is to transcend the usual reflexes and impulses we’ve been reliant upon. We need to be okay with them.

Like me, this blog, my place for exploring all things philosophical, spiritual, musical, and creative, is always changing. Since May 2015, when I decided to start over, I’ve been writing and sharing stories, articles, and essays on a regular basis.
Our voice. It’s our style, our perspective, our reality, and, when we’re in an authentic state, our note; it’s a resonance unique to us across time and space.
Energetic stagnation causes obsessive behavior, similar to escapism. If we limit our options in an egoistic attempt to control, or if we sit in an indecisive haze, we tend to develop blockages that inflame the physical machine.
If you’re conflicted about a relationship, career, or life choice (or anything else that’s weighing on you, influencing your decisions, causing energetic stagnation, and making you wince when others make suggestions for you), you must be willing to sit with it, explore it, and define your reasoning, beliefs, and perceptions.
