As we delve into our depths, liberating the flow of our authenticity, stuff will come up. Our challenge is to transcend the usual reflexes and impulses we’ve been conditioned to implement, and instead be totally OK with it.
There is a process we inevitably go through when we’re working to get to our deepest, authentic truth; to unravel and undo, unlearn and unburden our spirits from the weight of conditioning — or the lies, limits, and soul-stifling ideas introduced through socialization.
The self-worth game can be an ugly one. But, when we’re open to it, the lessons and learning reveal themselves readily enough.
Don’t settle. Tepid love is a timid heart. It won’t do you any good, nor your kids, nor the world (and it’s depressing to observe). Dare for great. Allow for awesome.
