We must cope. We must strive for virtue. We must tolerate, invite, accommodate, and accept everything and everyone because, ultimately, we now stand for absolutely nothing.

Somewhere along the line … the intellects, after a generation or two of general peace, ease of living, and prosperity, no longer under pressure from primal drivers, sociopolitical weights and measures, unfettered by outdated dogma and survivor guilt, begin the unfortunate cycle — a downward spiral of philosophical proportions.
It’s August 2024. This is a watershed moment in Canadian history, and for Western nations in general. For example, consider Bill C-63. It is introduced, in part, under the guise of an amorphous, ambiguous concept such as “online harm,” but, in practice, it will result in increased censorship, social unrest, and further instills and legitimizes communist sociopolitics in the future. When a law is intentionally left unclear, ill-defined, and open to interpretation based on the politics of those involved, it’s a dangerous, slippery slope that will put the “Digital Safety Office,” their enforcers in the police services, and the unwitting judiciary in hot water.
A society will eventually destabilize and collapse as a result of this overly simplistic and yet predictable agenda in which anyone can be fined, arrested, tried, or imprisoned for simply speaking up and sharing their opinion, whether online or not. Heaven forbid you ever criticize or insult our era’s foolish, narcissistic, corrupt, captured, and cowardly politicians.
Think about how often we see these issues presented and portrayed as enemies, threats, or inescapable and inevitable events that will befall the majority of humans in TV shows, movies, and other modern media: Infertility and natural birthing adversities, obesity and chronic illness, cancer, autism, and more recently, “gender dysphoria.” There are many, many more, of course, but these are five of the more prevalent, trendy, and popular — and massively profitable — concerns in the current era. One side continues to rake in trillions in profits while the human factor continues to suffer, to worry, and to have shorter, less productive, and unfulfilling lives.
Generation after generation keeps falling into the same cycle. None of it exists in nature, but you can bet that your nature gets weaponized against you. It doesn’t matter where in the realm you hail from, because they play this game in all cultures, societies, religions, financial, and political organizations. Wherever they can drive a wedge, there will be a scheme to play you against your fellow humans.
