We can move through years without ever stopping to question the shape of our lives. Habit takes the place of intention; what began as accommodation becomes identity, and what once felt temporary gradually hardens into the way things are. Every so often, it’s worth stepping back — not to condemn the choices that brought us here, but to see them clearly enough to decide what comes next.
