just because something, or someone, isn’t available to you right now, doesn’t mean the desires and feelings aren’t valid.
it’s a moment of/for honest reflection and deep realization. be grateful. honour yourself (and what you value) instead of berating, abashing, abandoning, or otherwise negating what is essentially, powerfully, good. it’s a safe place to begin a new journey.
