We never know when something or someone will blow the doors off and usher in a new chapter or beginning. That is the typical challenge with linear thinking. We plan, anticipate, and try to control. We push, demand, and insist.

Entitlement

Entitlement is an intriguing, pervasive, and debilitating concept that is passed down and passed around these days. Large segments of our society have devolved into childish, narcissistic, populist, morally relativistic, gossipy, and infantilized dramatists. It benefits only woke mobs, cancel culture, public relations firms, and ideologues.

How We See the World

Imagine we could compare ourselves to a digital camera: the eyes are the lenses (we choose what to focus on), our beliefs are the filters (we choose what, and how information passes through), our mind is the image sensor (information gathering; how things appear to be), and our intellect (education, knowledge, level of understanding; preconception, indoctrination, interpretation, imagination) is a translator, or encoder/decoder.

Eleven Percent

For significant change to occur, a certain percentage of the population must believe in it, or at least have an opinion on it. There are studies on tipping points, also known as critical mass. Some say it’s 5% or less, while others say it must be more than 10%.

Let’s take a look at a few aspects of our society as seen through the lens of someone who may have taken the red pill.
