Our realities inevitably align with what resonates most profoundly, as our minds and bodies instinctively return to what is remembered, conditioned, or ingrained, often without conscious awareness or deliberate focus.
Suffering and misery feel safe when they are the most familiar, and we excel at sabotaging our own energetic momentum, resisting the leap into the unknown. Yet, this is only one possibility.
