We’re a few generations in now to the unceasingly debilitating culture of restrictive ideology and unchecked identity politics. We’ve gradually eroded the institutions of the arts, sciences and education — which are today guided heavily by benefactors, politics and tuition fees; greed, hubris and myopic perspectives.

BE SAFE. The ringtone of a lost, exasperated, confused, paranoid generation. Have we really become so weak?
A sandy wall that erodes with regularity, by all appearances. The names of local youth and others who’ve ventured by and decided to leave their mark — some are in love, some are quite alone, hoping to be seen. Further down, even Covid-19 signed the wall, memorialized in 2020.
You are going to die. Fearing it doesn’t matter. Being OK with and accepting it doesn’t matter either. How will you live? How will you be of service? How will you fulfil that which calls to you in this lifetime?
