Begin where you are. Listen to your body. Heed the still, small voice, and look to the reflections around you for signals, signs, and confirmations as you go. It’s an art form — your ART: Authentic, Real, and True.
Use it to be resilient, to engage fully with and embody your truly voluntary existence and choice of being here in this life — or remain a perpetual victim, subject to unnatural, synthetic programs, conditions, overlays, and the persistent noise that pervades our collective narrative. It’s the same energy.
