Watch the effortless waves on the water, how they bend time in slow motion.

Listen to the snow compress beneath your boots.

Remember the anger, dread, worry, anxiety, stress, anticipation, revelation, emancipation, jubilation, elation; remember that it passed.

Remember when you were authentic and generous. Remember when you could have been more so. Then, let it go.

Allow yourself to know it will all work out.

Allow yourself to know there is nothing to fear.
