Unpredictable and Turbulent

There’s a phrase, or a variation thereof, that’s popular nowadays… Something along the lines of “…in these unpredictable and turbulent times…” said frequently with regards to peaceful practices, mindfulness, meditation, and standing up for what we believe in. Does every generation have their underlying, perpetual, victim-state belief structure?

Not Quite Enough

There are any number of ways we can feel inadequate. We can look at our career, bank account, body, car, home, friends, church, school, city, country; anything. Outward appearances afford us ample ammunition for self-destruction and spiritual shrinkage.

Growing Beyond

What are you going to be when you grow up? This is a disease perpetrated in our modern era, a psychological sliver and spiritual enslaver. It emotionally destroyed a generation, and infected another, but we’re snapping out of it.
