We tend to inundate ourselves with shoulds, have-tos, need-tos — amongst all the other worries and legitimate concerns of living. We attach a lot of our creative energy to tasks, and lists, and anxieties about future things, piled on top of whatever may still linger from what has passed.

Trust Takes Time

There’s a quiet chaos within each of us — a web of contradictions and untold stories. It’s often in the spaces between those contradictions that we begin to understand ourselves. We wear our wounds like badges, but it’s in their unraveling that we find the thread of who we truly are.
