Journal

Here you’ll find my philosophical meanderings in the form of articles, essays, and occasional poetry. My interests and curiosities are broad, but the central focus remains the pursuit of what is authentic, real, and true.

Lux et veritas

You Are Who You Are

You Are Who You Are

For years, I’ve wrestled with the uneasy tension between who I am and who I believed I needed to become. Like many people, I’ve chased reinvention through new environments, ambitions, routines, and ideas, convinced that the next pursuit might finally quiet the underlying sense of restlessness. Yet no matter how far I wandered, I always found myself returning to the same essential nature — the same instincts, curiosities, rhythms, and creative impulses that have followed me my entire life. Perhaps the real challenge was never becoming someone else, but learning to stop resisting who I already am.

Intersectionality: Crossroads and Contrast

Intersectionality: Crossroads and Contrast

To me, it makes no sense whatsoever to conform to any religion or nationality because the truth must exist and eternally persist in the space between, where they all meet, where they can all agree, all the time, without question. That’s where I would endeavor to operate.

Outmaneuvered: Grand Deceptions

Outmaneuvered: Grand Deceptions

In my view, it’s quite clear in our realm that we have, by and large, and especially at the highest levels of governance, institution, and organization, been outmaneuvered, manipulated, and maligned, dissuaded, dissociated, thoroughly pushed away from our otherwise natural energetic, spiritual, organic human, and psychic expressions.

Why You’ll Follow the Herd

Why You’ll Follow the Herd

In order to be as predictable as a politician, you have to go through life with your head down, obeying and abiding by what others tell you to do, and to be a good little boy or girl. Unfortunately, this means that as an adult, you may have a lot of work to do because this kind of behavior is destructive, both to yourself and to those around you. You have no idea who you are, what you want, or why you’re even here. You may not even be willing to question your motivations or dig into the reasons for your blind obedience to external authorities. Not good enough.

We Should

We Should

So, what is truly broken about our perceptual and experiential lens? What element is missing from our formulaic ideas and reality perceptions? What factor in the Life equation propels us so easily and effectively toward misguided and maligned expectations, intentions, and imaginations?

Embracing Your Power

Embracing Your Power

I am so powerful that I can use all the creative forces of this realm to make myself believe that I am small, weak, afraid, alone, and broken. I can also reclaim that power, always and in all ways, to liberate my self.
