We need to check in, with our heart, our compass, and we need to aspire, inspire, and gratefully anticipate. No one but us is at the wheel, and a purposeful adventure takes a certain discipline and playful consciousness; we are our best answer, moment to moment. We need to be our own best friend. We need to listen, feel, and occasionally course correct.
Presence, in all things, especially in the seemingly mundane. It frees the energetic hindrances and unnecessary attachments to that which is irrelevant. You’ll know it when you’re excited and nervous and wide-eyed, back in the now.
