Journal

Here you’ll find my philosophical meanderings in the form of articles, essays, and occasional poetry. My interests and curiosities are broad, but the central focus remains the pursuit of what is authentic, real, and true.

Lux et veritas

Causation

Causation

At some point, we have to stop asking what the world expects of us and start asking what we are actually here to do. Not in some grand or abstract sense, but right here, in the middle of whatever is presently unfolding. Beneath the noise, beneath the accumulated assumptions and inherited stories, there remains a quieter position from which we can see, choose, and move differently. Perhaps that is where causation begins.

You Are Living Your Dream Life

You Are Living Your Dream Life

We spend so much of our lives trying to arrive somewhere other than where we are. We measure the present against what we remember, what we expected, or what we imagine might yet come, rarely considering that nothing essential has gone missing in the meantime. Perhaps the invitation was never to perfect the circumstances of our lives, but to become present enough to recognize what has been unfolding through them all along.

A Wider Field

A Wider Field

There is a difference between paying attention and becoming consumed by what is directly in front of us. One sharpens our awareness; the other narrows it. Somewhere between distraction and fixation lies a quieter state of presence, one that allows us to remain grounded in the moment while still remembering to look toward the horizon.

Drifting Toward Truth

Presence Against the Current

There comes a point in life where movement itself no longer feels like freedom, where endless options, constant reinvention, and perpetual distraction begin to reveal themselves as forms of fragmentation rather than expansion. In quieter moments, beyond the noise of performance and identity, something deeper begins attempting to reorient us toward what is real, rooted, and enduring.

Total Presence

Total Presence

There are moments when everything you’ve ever learned, practiced, or endured quietly waits beneath the surface, ready to be called upon. What if presence isn’t about effort, but about remembering how to bring all of yourself into a single moment?

Singularity: Closer to What is Real

Singularity: Closer to What is Real

A single day can feel like a fracture in time, where everything noisy falls away just long enough to reveal what has been speaking all along.
