Authentic, Real, and True

“The truth was a mirror in the hands of God. It fell, and broke into pieces. Everyone took a piece of it, and they looked at it and thought they had the truth.”

— Rumi

In a world saturated with distractions, false narratives, and societal conditioning, the quest for what is authentic, real, and true about ourselves and this earthbound life requires courage and deep introspection. It is a journey that calls us to break free from the influence of external forces — be they social, cultural, religious, or spiritual — and to reconnect with the inherent power and wisdom that resides within us, waiting to be awakened.

Are you ready and willing to experience, appreciate, and understand what is authentic, real, and true about you — your ART, as it were? Beyond the countless adopted stories and the inculcated beliefs you’ve come to accept as truth, lies something uniquely, powerfully, and infinitely your own.

Life on Earth is arguably a construct, or a simulation — and perhaps worse, a sim within a sim within a sim. It’s not something tangible or readily accessible to many of us, and those who delve into this area of study and exploration can only share their experiences through their own limited perceptions and reality filters. Until we have the courage to step beyond our comfort zones into deep personal interrogation, study, meditation, and a genuine spiritual quest, we will continue to rely entirely on those who may not always have our best interests at heart. This arena is saturated with salespeople, frauds, cultists, shams, liars, deceivers, and energetically parasitic or malevolent forces. And this is to be expected, given the magnitude of what is at stake — your total and complete liberation from all forms of enslavement, ignorance, and spiritual entrapment, across all time, space, realities, and dimensions. It isn’t just an ordinary achievement — it is, in fact, the freedom of your eternal spirit. But fear not.

“Truth is a pathless land. Man cannot come to it through any organization, creed, dogma, priest, or ritual.”

— Jiddu Krishnamurti

Genuine truth-seeking requires dissociation from groupthink, from any club, membership, party, society, or religion. Yes, we benefit from community and the support of those who care, who relate to us, and whom we love. But you must understand and accept that all of these social, cultural, or spiritual constructs will, at some point, be infiltrated and corrupted from the inside out — no matter their initial intentions, whether good or evil. Any entity of influence will attract the scrutiny of those who own everything in this realm, and those who seek ultimate power will try to control everything of meaningful influence, rebranding it as their own creation.

Their messages, mottos, and mandates — once passionate, contrarian, spiritually enlightening, deeply moving, and revolutionary — will inevitably be co-opted and repurposed for the express use and manipulation of the matrix system. Meanwhile, adherents, advocates, and adepts will be led astray, far from their original intentions. The point is to always be vigilant: be aware of what you’re getting into, what you’re agreeing to, and what contracts or offers you might be unconsciously consenting to. We all want to belong, to feel included, to be of service, and to commune with others of like faith. But we must maintain vigilance regarding what, where, and to whom we give our precious resources — time, consciousness, love, admiration, and creative energy.

“Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding.”

— Khalil Gibran

The opposite of what is authentic, real, and true is that which is obscured, occulted, or hidden in the shadows — specifically through the weaponized use of guilt, shame, and fear. While your ART is liberating, living into your fullest expression, pursuing your potential, and adhering to your highest values, guilt, shame, and fear are often used to snare and entrap you — both in your mind and body, in recurring cycles and patterns that play out in your life. In the grander sense, these forces spill over into the afterlife, perpetuating the reincarnation cycle in the lower astral or spirit realm. It’s quite a complex, intricate, and layered experience, don’t you think?

I understand this may be unsettling or confusing, especially when life itself is already complex and challenging enough without adding the afterlife into the equation. But stay with me — we’re just getting started.

We all need to be self-educated and comprehensive in exploring what is authentic, real, and true about life as we know it. We cannot make informed decisions without uncovering as much of the truth as possible. What lies beyond this Earthbound life is, some might argue, the real story. For most of us, this won’t be revealed until our bodies expire or until we pursue this knowledge in earnest through meditation, esoteric studies, out-of-body experiences, and the willingness to challenge some of our deepest, longest-held beliefs. But I believe it is only now, at this precise moment in our collective human story, that these grand ideas and reality-shaping notions are surfacing — not only for us to delve into but to fully grasp, integrate, and understand the profound implications. We must be prepared for what’s to come.

“Don’t be satisfied with the stories others tell you. Unfold your own myth.”

— Rumi

Our greatest ally is the truth, which is always at our disposal, no matter where we are, what we believe, or what we think we know. A human spirit that engages in authenticity will gravitate toward what is real, for their motivation is grounded in the pursuit of empirical truth. So much of our “common knowledge” has been twisted and distorted, making it difficult to know what is authentic, real, and true about anything. Where does one begin when almost everything is connected to great, old lies? How entangled is what we consider normal, acceptable, and legitimate with what is fake, fabricated, and manufactured? How much of our lives is governed by false premises, false narratives, or false doctrines?

When it comes to authenticity, reality, and truth, less is always more. While it may not be practical for many of us to drop everything, unplug from our routines, unlearn all we’ve been taught, and start anew, it can’t hurt to approach this process with open eyes, a free mind, and a heart ready for battle. The fight will be primarily within ourselves, for it is within us that the doors, barriers, and subconscious locks reside, keeping us from a greater understanding of this multifaceted, multidimensional life. Through the discipline of self-awareness, we can begin to unravel the fictions and false narratives that bind us, developing the much-needed muscles of reason, logic, and spiritual discernment. A veil of reality has been in place for perhaps many lifetimes, and now is the time to remove it and see things for what they are — not what we’ve long believed them to be.

Throughout this journey, we can expect resistance. The power of guilt, shame, and fear within us is not to be taken lightly. There will be many trials, tests, revelations, and emotional releases on this road away from what some may consider perdition, but in reality, is no more than a grand illusion. From our earliest days, when we soaked up like sponges all the ideologies, beliefs, and frameworks of life from our environment, to the thoughts, worries, and even terrors that accompanied us to bed last night, there is no easy way through this personal apocalypse — the great revealing and ultimate disclosure. We are destined to uncover and unbind the pathway to our original source, our Higher Self.

But if we remember that this reality construct is little more than a cleverly designed game, perhaps we can empower ourselves, knowing with absolute certainty that we are safe — and that we are, in fact, infinite, sovereign creator beings. Right now, we are demanding what is authentic, real, and true, and declaring that our singular purpose is to break the cycle of enslavement — within this life on Earth, and if necessary, whatever lies beyond that may be keeping us in a perpetual loop across countless lifetimes.

“Man must seek within himself the answer to the mystery of existence, not in books or dogma, but in the silence of his own knowing.”

— Walter Russell

Focus on the One. Comprehend what the universal One is. Give it a name, if you must, but understand that the label is loaded with artifice and ideas that may counter your ultimate aims in this short life. Go to the original Source, not anything that may have inserted itself between. If you are truly and finally desiring what is authentic, real, and true, you must be willing to face the guilt, shame, and fear that obscure it from your perceptions, acting as an energetic, psychic, or spiritual repellant that keeps you bound in a false and debilitating bondage.

You are the source, the power, and that which is authentic, real, true, and most certainly, without question, divine. Remember. Remember who and what you are.

Speak as and with your Higher Self. Higher Self, now.

And so it is.
