There are some ideas that seem almost too simple to notice until, once noticed, they begin to rearrange everything around them. Perhaps this is one of those ideas. Perhaps the body has been telling us the same thing all along, in a language older and more immediate than anything we have constructed to explain it.
. . .
Note: This article is, in a way, a continuation of “The First Principle of Healing,” among others related to health and healing, though it also serves as an expansion in other ways. Where the former goes broad philosophically, this one is more individual and personal. And, as you’ll see, there are numerous links to videos and other articles or essays throughout this piece for your consideration.
The body only heals.
This has become, to me, a powerful and paradigm-shifting idea. Something I wish I’d been taught when I was a child. Since I first heard of it a few years ago, I’ve made a conscious effort to live into it more, to embody it more, to appreciate and better comprehend everything that my body does: how it reacts, how it processes information and raw materials, how it signals, and what symptoms may arise — based entirely on how I am living, being, doing, believing, expressing. All of these inputs feed back into the simplest, most profound idea being offered here: the body only heals.
“Well, that’s great, Trance, but that’s not how things seem to work. There are nasty bugs floating around, bacterial and fungal infections can kill, parasites have to be cleansed out. There are poisons in everything, toxins in everything else, EMFs, EMRFs, DEWs, nuclear fallout, CMEs and cosmic rays… Surely we should be humble enough to leave it to the experts, the highly educated, the credentialed and certified, the scientists and the physicians, to guide us in these matters. What are you even talking about?”
It’s simple. If the body only heals, why would you need healing modalities or treatments, “wellness visits” and medical interventions, blood work, imaging, or protocols of any kind? Regardless of our background or exposure to the ideas of a very broad range of health and wellness concepts regarding why humans succumb to illness and disease, in my view, the most fundamental and simple truth is that our body is designed implicitly for this Earthly place and that it is, by default, healing and adapting at all times.
Why would it be otherwise? It is following the rules, without fail, from our day one until the very end of this rather brief physical journey — and yet, along the way we’re conditioned into living by the rules of another nature entirely. In my view, and I say this quite often, it only seems otherwise because of a grand and persistent inversion of reality: big enough lies, repeated often enough, that they’ve essentially become accepted truth. However, I contend that Truth is always there, even if we get it confused with “the truth” of persistent worldly distortions, nefarious and life-negating messaging, lies, and synthetic overlays.
“If a lie is only printed often enough, it becomes a quasi-truth, and if such a truth is repeated often enough, it becomes an article of belief, a dogma, and men will die for it.”
— Isa Blagden, The Crown of a Life (1869)
Symptoms are signals, the body’s signature method of repair and reconfiguration, of the removal of poison and toxicity, and of remediating damage and decay. Of course, this makes evident that the body has all the tools it requires to handle these issues, insults, and impositions. How could it not? Unfortunately, an age-old, now trillion-dollar business entity has been built around inverting all of these basic, eternal, universal, and readily observable truths — and we all know its name. It has deliberately confused and obfuscated “the rules of the game,” as it were, and far too many of us are buying into it wholesale, generation after generation. I believe we’re suffering — and being harmed, injured, crippled, and killed — unnecessarily for it.
So it doesn’t really matter what revolutionary technology you might be excited about this week, or what modality or treatment protocol might come to the fore, or all the countless ways that we may find temporary relief, superficial alleviation of symptoms, or deferral of what has to happen from the inside out to truly comprehend, rectify, and remedy what ails you. Why do you believe you need healing from and by something or someone outside of you? Why is it so impossible to assume, presume, and embody the idea that is fundamental to your existence, that beingness, that the body only heals?
There are just as many issues on the so-called alternative, holistic, natural healing side of the argument, and that shouldn’t be at all surprising. When a philosophy and entire worldview is built upon “my body is frail, broken, failing, or inadequate,” it doesn’t matter if you’re reliant upon a GP or a homeopath, but, given the choice, wouldn’t it be wiser to consider the latter over the former? An option that is at least a good deal closer to how nature operates, one founded upon assisting the body, again, in doing what it was already in the process of doing? As an example, here are two different perspectives on “cancer,” yet both ultimately serve the same purpose:
“CANCER’S ROOT CAUSES ARE NOT EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL WOUNDS
“Goodness. We now have experts marketing, for a bunch of cash, an alternative cancer cure, indicating that cancer’s root causes are emotional and spiritual wounds.
“I see it differently. Much differently.
“Cancer is a set of detoxification symptoms that actually indicate that you’re not wounded at all. If you were, such mechanisms of nature and spirit that are keeping you well — symptoms — wouldn’t appear in the first place.
“Stop poisoning yourself with vaccines, drugs, cleaning products, cosmetics, toxic foods, Apple Watches, AirPods, and also culturally conditioned beliefs like ‘I am wounded’ or ‘Someone else has the cure for me.’ Then, and only then, will the symptoms called cancer not be needed or appear.”
And from Paul Leendertse, of The Root Cause Institute:
“There’s a major shift happening in the holistic cancer world: More and more people are recognizing that cancer is not just physical – it has a substantial emotional component. . . . In 2014, I was invited to speak alongside many well-known names in the alternative cancer field. . . . None of the speakers I observed. . . even mentioned emotions or stress. The focus was nutrition, supplements, treatments, ‘hidden cures’, detox protocols, special healing devices, and other physical things.”
Paul recently shared a dramatic testimonial of one of his success stories. Who’s right? Both, and neither, depending on your current level of comprehension of how the human body works and why we fall ill in the first place. I’m learning from both Paul and Garret, and from others with either complementary or contrasting points of view, all the time. Both of these perspectives bring us closer to the truth, but what resonates and reaches any particular person in a very real moment of need will be dramatically different from one person to the next.
The body only heals. I think we are born with this knowing, and slowly, over time, it is suppressed and deferred; it is incrementally and systematically — sometimes traumatically — stolen from us, then sold back to us as poor, synthetic substitutes that quite often do far more harm than good and are somehow more costly year over year. The most obvious method is the unwelcome and wholly unnecessary assault of injections, forced upon us long before we can do or say anything about it. The body immediately responds, and the inevitable cascade begins.
“What sort of deadly gain of function Wuhan lab manmade virus empties hospitals and lowers death rates anyway…..but only until the vaccine comes out? Could it be that there was no threat whatsoever and that this false threat was propagandized into the stratosphere, in order that people lined up willingly for a depopulation based medical application? If anyone gained the function of anything, to create a deadly manmade COVID virus, wouldn’t they be asking for a full refund, given that death rates went down and hospital usage went down, until the COVID shot was rolled out? You can usually smell bullshit long before you step in it.”
From then on, living energies, frames of reference, expressed paradigms that are the most beneficent and natural to us — the timeless structures, ideas, and concepts available to us at no cost and never obscured or hidden in nature, freely and universally available in this realm — are routinely suppressed and reappropriated, maligned psychologically, ontologically, and epistemologically through narratives, state, institutional, and corporate propaganda, essentially mind control and brainwashing. These very potent elements of our lived reality are frequently weaponized against us. Who we are, what we are, what we are capable of, everything that makes us individually and collectively empowered and unmistakably aligned with the natural world — the energy, ideas, agency, and authority of that which sustains us — is inverted, perverted, and weaponized.
So the questions aren’t: How can I get healed, and right away? What doctor will zap it, cut it out, or prescribe the right medication? Where do I need to go to find some occult or obscure, trendy or allegedly suppressed technology “they don’t want you to know about” that may fix me, alleviate my suffering and pain and illness, and what will it cost?
The better questions may be: Why are you ill? Why are you so terrified of and averse to symptoms? What is really at the root of the suffering, the pain, the disease? What is it you’re holding on to that may be preventing your body from healing? What could be preventing your psychology and emotionality and spirituality from reasserting themselves? What might be condensing, compressing, constraining your soul and diminishing your spirit? What is it that you don’t want to look at, admit to, or take responsibility for? Yes, the body only heals, but there are rules.
Why do you prefer to identify with illness and disease, pain and suffering, rather than the infinite capacity for healing and adaptation? Is there more reward, popularity, commonality, public acceptance, or egoic satiety as a perpetual victim or martyr? Do you get more love or attention from the world, from friends and family, from the system that behaves both as a parasite and a predator toward you, quite literally feeding off you and your energy? How is it that you’ve forgotten the simplest, most fundamental and foundational idea of your very existence? What will it take to restore that framework, that inborn, intrinsic, and universal paradigm? What will it take to be able to let go of and unlearn all the conditioning and programming that has brought you to exactly where you are now, in whatever way you may feel yourself to be suffering, lacking, broken, and wrong?
The symptoms are the story, and they’re all for you. There is certainly technology out there that may alleviate the pain, remedy the illness or disease, and perhaps assuage your concerns, but regardless of the industry, institution, modality, or belief system, underlying all of that is the notion that something outside of you must be necessary, must be required, must be the catalyst for the internal shift. But this is, in my view, the deception at work. This is the illusion. This is giving away your power, your agency, your true and intrinsic freedom, your creatorship. Whatever the crutch may be, the more often you reach for it, the more dependent you will become upon it. One crutch invites another, and another.
“It turns out that when man loses the natural abilities God gave him, he replaces them with ones that are unwieldy and artificial and immeasurably less advanced. And he’s even proud of himself and refers to these inventions as achievements.”
— Vladimir Megre, The Ringing Cedars of Russia, Book 9
Yes, healing is individual and subjective. Every body has a story, and every single one of us is unique. Some would argue we all exist in a different world, and there may be something to that. Regardless, that’s how perfectly suited the architecture of your existence is. It is unique to your every breath and heartbeat, your every thought, and it is there for you, waiting, ever-present and ever-patient, ready when you are. Your entire paradigm and lived story can shift significantly in an instant. Time isn’t a factor when you factor in all that you really are. But I agree, it isn’t easy. It sounds simple, but it isn’t easy. Yet this, too, is a matter of perspective and practice.
While it does seem true that the construct of this realm has given equal, if not unfair, advantage to the so-called dark side, that is a matter of perspective and perception. We lean into the negative bias because the world around us keeps affirming it in a thousand different ways, every day of the week. Regardless, free will is free will, which is an idea that is certainly open for debate, but if you continually lean into the cultural or social conditions wherein you’re dependent upon the stories, structures, and narratives — and the shape of how things seem to be; if you keep engaging with the system as it is, being reactive and pacified, bending and cowering to its every asinine and nonsensical, inhumane and insane whim — it will be exceedingly difficult to tap into that original source, your true substance, who and what you really are that exists outside and beyond the layers and dimensions and multifactorial conclusions and conceptions of the world that’s been described and misrepresented around you by the synthetic and artificial, imposed and coerced.
I’ve written about this general idea in many different ways over many years. I don’t know that I’ve found any satisfactory way of expressing it exactly, and this particular attempt may itself fail or miss the mark. But that won’t stop me from trying. Beside everything else already laid out in this article, our languages, it would seem, have inbuilt fragility and are fraught with elements to virtually ensure cognitive depolarization, confusion, and conflict. We trip and fall and fight each other over words, concepts, man-made constructs, and contrasting ideas because what one word or phrase means to me will not mean the same to you. Or perhaps the meaning of an idea has been repurposed, reappropriated by the system to fabricate or foment some manner of sociocultural effect, again generally favoring the negative. The combination of words and how they’re expressed, the mindset, attitude, and energy that goes into any composition, will most definitely affect what and how it comes across.
So, ideally, far fewer words should be able to say far more: encoded and efficient, timeless and symbolic — the way anything of fundamental or universal truth is passed down (or perhaps recollected) through the ages. But all of that depends quite dramatically on everything that’s been inculcated and encoded into one’s perceptions and perspectives, their education and indoctrination, their paradigms and concepts of reality, purpose, and the meaning-of-life stuff that generally shows up only through self-guided, self-initiated study.
So I put it to you simply…
What if the body only heals?
