Every era tells itself a story about progress. We inherit those stories long before we possess the discernment to question them, and, more often than not, spend much of our lives defending assumptions we never consciously chose. But every so often, something begins to unravel. A contradiction becomes too obvious to ignore, and the narratives that once seemed self-evident begin to reveal themselves as carefully maintained illusions.
. . .
Take a really good and honest look at all the technological “advances” we are supposed to believe have fundamentally improved things for humanity, and it should become clear before long that we stopped making any kind of positive progress long, long ago. Today, with the incessant, cash-grabbing, largely symbolic, multi-billion-dollar developments, a trillion-dollar technocracy intertwining the military, medical, and financial industrial complexes (which influence the production and distribution of food, water, energy, shape education and all levels of governance), we exist amid an epidemic of immorality, degeneracy, and performative politics, ideology, and spirituality. Its effects are visible in virtually all public squares, in flashy and fleshy parades, and in the race-to-the-bottom culture of captured and corrupted media and entertainment.
“Man in the world of technocracy has never yet invented anything that is not already present in nature. Even the most perfect manufactured devices are but a poor imitation of what exists in nature.”
— Anastasia, Book 1, Chapter 13, The Ringing Cedars of Russia
Most technological advances are mimicking nature in one way or another. Others are simply variations on extraction, stripping earthly resources as quickly and efficiently as possible, all under the guise of “progress” and, in our era, behind the fiction of “sustainable development.” They’re profitable, synthetic knockoffs, marketed as novel, revolutionary, and essential to moving the human collective forward. If nothing else, it’s maneuvering tasked simply with maintaining the delusion of shared progress. It perpetuates the disconnect between our senses and ourselves while benefiting primarily those at the top of various pyramid schemes.
What has always worked will continue to work. No grid, internet, crumbling infrastructure, fat and wasteful bureaucracy, or the hubris of technocracy required. The supposed complexity of life is a misleading myth. One may think it oversimplification, regression, or devolution from “everything we’ve achieved” and the many apparent and alleged, marketed and evangelized victories, how we’ve overcome such tremendous odds, faced the impossible, and tackled the many banes of our existence to pave the way to a better, higher-minded future.
The lie is that we’re experiencing “good times,” and that because of relative, yet superficial, abundance and prosperity, we may finally, truly, and safely express ourselves sexually, spiritually, creatively, and culturally in ways previous generations were unable to because the “seriousness” of life, family, and tradition was oppressing them. Because you had to earn your keep, and no one was coming to save you. Because there were no free handouts. But an honest day’s work afforded at least a generation the idea that they could make this system work for them.
We need to remember that the “hard times” of our forefathers were downstream of massive, worldwide, manufactured crises; aggressive resource reallocation; wealth transfers, depopulation, and forced relocation; sociocultural, ontological, and epistemological resets; and the ensuing reprogramming to usher in a version of our shared story that had little to do with what was real and true.
At the highest levels, the world system is interconnected, a network of intermarried, contractual, or otherwise entangled interests, adversarial yet complementary factions, and ancient oligarchical elites. They’re people we’ll never see in daylight, for they’d likely burst into flames if any amount of purifying light were to touch them. “They” view themselves as stewards of us, the herd, the useless eaters, the menace, the resource. We are to be managed, lest we too swiftly multiply, awaken, organize, and override their influences. It would be difficult to argue that we are not behaving in such a manner, for the most part, but most of us had no idea we were being corralled from even before we were born into an unconscious participation in our own enslavement.
And yet, everything remains an offer.
Big damn lies, repeated often enough, have a way of sticking to us for generations, perhaps even in perpetuity. They’re reflected in our stories, our identities, and our individual and shared concepts of reality. They become integrated into our every thing and our every day. They shape our fears, worries, and concerns, influencing our concepts of relationships and love, our reasoning, meaning, purpose, and pursuits.
But there are always dissidents, rebels, and heretics, the counter-cultural voices pushed forever to the fringe, the outskirts, and undergrounds of our perception. Those who embody and express an uncommon sense, who aren’t afraid of saying things as they are, to question the status quo, and do their best to disrupt and disturb the unwitting majority from their induced slumber, only to be obscured and misrepresented after the fact. The grand illusion must be maintained, but something is unsettling, unsteady, and forever not quite right about it.
That’s a grand fiction, and a very costly illusion to maintain. Most of humanity’s greatest challenges have been manufactured, fabricated by those with a longer memory, perhaps a living inheritance of knowledge that affords them a perspective many of the rest of us will never truly comprehend or grasp completely, nor will we care to even look into. We’re too busy surviving, or “earning a living,” to consider deeply the nature of our quiet desperation, our struggles, and widespread suffering.
It’s all a put-up, decades and generations in the making. They hide in plain sight behind labels such as “committees,” “councils,” and “forums” that are as old as time, and just as fictitious, and yet we deem their version of reality an absolute truth we have no choice but to live by.
Consider the resources required to achieve any amount of material success. The story is deceptive from the outset because no one truly needs to “earn their keep” when they comprehend how completely nature provides any and all essentials of life. Not simply to survive, but to live meaningfully, purposefully, and to thrive.
No, certainly not without any effort, for difficulty, hard work, and daily challenges in pursuit of an authentic and soul-aligned aspiration are, without question, what we all need. But not one of us needs to pay into a compulsory contract, to sacrifice a punitive extraction of our works, to a system that can fabricate rules, laws, legalities, and currency as and when it decides to.
Where are all those stolen assets really going? What is the real reason for taxation? Why do ever-more laws, obligations, surveillance, and oversight only ever foster further distrust in our governance while lowering the intrinsic quality of life?
Regardless, if you do buy in, and if you’re any good at playing the system’s game, you’ll find ways to protect your gains from the parasite class and their many predatory machinations. But you’ll have to be clever, ever on guard, and tirelessly vigilant because they’ll change the rules as they see fit for their own purposes, maintaining the illusion of their own usefulness and the necessity of their existence, never because it is what is best for the collective they actively and aggressively steal from.
Consider how much time, energy, and effort goes into indoctrination and training for careers and professions, the majority of which are variations of wage slavery and other empty pursuits, and most of which needn’t exist at all given any honest scrutiny or interrogation.
“Bullshit jobs” were exposed dramatically during the worldwide pandemic hoax of 2020–2022 when people, forced to stay or work from home, came to realize that what they’d chosen to do for a living was complete nonsense and a waste of time, empty filler activities and busywork that served none but corporate, technocratic, and banking interests.
Many were mistakenly concerned about a non-existent contagion being spread from person to person, a provably nonsensical narrative that exposed other big lies, yet most chose to ignore the obvious and toe the party line for fear of ostracism, fines, penalties, and limited access to benefits, privileges, and services they’d long ago become dependent upon, or simply because they didn’t want to believe that the one-world government and its multitude of highly paid ministers and minions would lie to them.
Again.
If you choose to participate in the system, and if you’re not awake and aware, educated and informed, the state will claim well over half of your earnings (and that’s only through income taxes), though it’s not an apparent or deserved punishment for your complacency and ignorance. It’s because they never told you, nor did they entrain or indoctrinate you through their institutions, how to think properly about taxes, money, and wealth — never mind how to eat, move, and be healthy. Nor did they inform you of the fact that you needed none of their offerings to live your best life.
Through their many fictions, façades, and false narratives, you’ve been devalued, depressed, derided, and deprioritized for your entire existence. Your parents entrusted those who themselves were as ignorant as anyone else (though often far worse and more offensive, being politically and ideologically captured operators and largely unwitting assets of social engineering) to raise your children on your behalf, and all it resulted in was yet another generation of confused, ignorant, angry, depressed, fatigued, and confused human beings.
Slaves, and completely unaware of their programming and brainwashing.
Until they’re not.
There is a grander perspective worth considering, a framework that places us squarely in the midst of both predictable and prophetic transformation; one of great cycles and where we are as a living human expression in such a cycle. If it’s true that we’re well beyond the Kali Yuga, then it’s clear the ascending current of Dwapara Yuga is gaining momentum, and we’re feeling the dramatic effects of shifting from the former into the latter, both within ourselves, upward, outward, and throughout the entire human collective. It carries with it enormous implications, but a foundational shift that may help us better comprehend the era, the epoch wherein we find ourselves.
“The practical question Dwapara asks of you is this: Can you become your own authority?”
It’s not an easy road toward reclaiming one’s agency, authorship, and autonomy. There are so many conflicting, contrasting, and conflating concepts, schemes, agendas, and narratives to contend with and discern. But of all the difficulty thrust upon us in this illusory world of hard knocks, rare wisdom, and misguided pursuits, perhaps the one that remains the most important, useful, and lasting will be the one that seeks to remove the many veils, obfuscations, distortions, and delusions from our field of view, from our hearts and minds, and dispel them from our conscious awareness.
“The current age is not asking for belief. It is asking that you trust your own perception.”
— Luminary Flow
The “dark age” constructs — philosophies, ideologies, cults and other spiritual vacuums, psychological and emotional pitfalls and entrapments — will fight to their last dying breath. They’ll negotiate, offer all manner of consolations, deals, and, as we see playing out right now, AI, transhumanist integration, “upgrades,” subscriptions of every kind for every aspect of our modern lives as the ultimate solutions we’ve always dreamt of — ignoring the nightmare of ecological, economic, and infrastructural chaos that the widespread implementation of these technocratic fantasies will require. In my view, it is most certainly not progress, and these are most certainly not solutions. They’re delay tactics, and we’ve already frittered away much of the last century, so let’s not fall for these fanciful and force-fed fixes yet again.
The manipulations, coercions, curated narratives, and propaganda messaging will keep coming at us. As we learn to recognize them for what they are, we become better navigators through awareness alone. In time, active practice allows the truer essence within to re-emerge.
Remove the poison, and the body, the mind, the spirit will do what it always does: heal itself.
